Sell used networking equipment

We buy switches, routers, firewalls, UPS systems and rack hardware in bulk from distributors, resellers, corporate IT departments and data centres across the United States. A single pallet or a full decommission, both are worth sending over.

What we buy

Switches

Cisco Catalyst and Nexus, along with switches from Juniper, HPE, Aruba, Dell and Netgear. Managed and unmanaged, PoE and non PoE, access and core. Line cards, supervisors and transceivers are worth listing too, since they often carry more value per unit than the chassis.

Routers and firewalls

Enterprise and branch routers, edge and perimeter firewalls, VPN concentrators and load balancers. Units still under an active support contract are worth flagging in the manifest, as it affects what they are worth.

UPS and power protection

APC and Tripp Lite units, rack mount and tower, battery backup, surge protectors and PDUs. Tell us whether batteries are included and roughly how old they are. A UPS with dead batteries still has value, it is just priced differently.

Racks, PDUs and telecom

Server racks and enclosures, rail kits, mounting hardware, cable management, patch panels, media converters and telecom equipment. Bulk cabling and accessories are worth including rather than leaving behind.

Condition does not have to be perfect

New in box is easiest to price, but it is a small part of what we buy. Pulled from service, open box, customer return, untested and partially faulty stock all get bought here.

The only thing that causes a problem is a description that does not match what arrives. Describe it as you actually see it, including the parts you would rather not mention, and the offer will hold from evaluation through to pickup.

How to sell your
networking equipment

Send a manifest with model numbers, quantities and condition. Our team prices it against what that equipment is currently moving for and comes back, usually within one to two business days, with a firm number and no obligation.

Accept it and we arrange payment and freight pickup, typically inside 72 hours, from wherever the stock is sitting.

What to put in your manifest

Manufacturer part numbers matter more here than in any other category. A Catalyst 9300 with a specific uplink module and a specific power supply is a different item from the base chassis, and pricing it accurately needs the part number rather than the family name.

Include quantity per line, condition, whether the units were pulled working, whether power supplies and rail kits are included, and whether anything is still covered by support. Serial numbers are not needed at the quote stage.
