What is new old stock electronics?

New old stock refers to products that are new, unused or previously unsold, but may be older models, discontinued products, excess inventory or stock that has been sitting in a warehouse for an extended period.

The equipment does not need to be the latest model to have value. Businesses often have inventory that is perfectly usable but no longer fits their current product range, has been replaced by a newer model or simply has not moved as expected.

Instead of allowing that inventory to continue taking up warehouse space, you can send us the details and we can evaluate the lot for purchase.

What new electronics we buy

UPS systems and battery backup

We buy new and unused UPS systems, battery backup equipment, rack mount UPS units, tower UPS systems, power protection equipment, surge protectors and PDUs. APC, Tripp Lite and other recognized manufacturers are welcome. Include the model number, quantity and whether the units are factory sealed, open box or otherwise unused.

Network switches and networking equipment

We buy new and excess network switches, routers, firewalls, networking hardware and related equipment. Cisco and other major networking brands are of interest, including switches that are new in box, discontinued models or excess stock that has not moved. If you have a large quantity of the same model, include the exact part number and quantity in your inventory list so our purchasing team can evaluate it accurately.

Nikon and Canon cameras

We are interested in Nikon and Canon cameras, lenses and related photography equipment, particularly new, unused, overstock and discontinued inventory. If you have cameras that have been sitting in retail, distribution or warehouse inventory, send us the model numbers and quantities. Include lenses, accessories and other related equipment in the same inventory list rather than separating the lot unnecessarily.

Conference room and AV equipment

We buy conference room equipment, conferencing equipment, cameras, speakers, displays and other audio and video equipment. This can include equipment that was purchased for a project but was never deployed, excess stock left after a project was completed, discontinued models or inventory that has been sitting in storage. If you have mixed conference room or AV equipment, send us the complete list and we can evaluate the lot together.

Laptops, monitors and computer equipment

We also purchase new and unused laptops, desktops, monitors, displays, graphics cards, computer accessories and other computer equipment in bulk.

Corporate, distribution and retail overstock is welcome. If the inventory contains several different models, list each model separately where possible.

Other surplus and overstock electronics

The categories above are some of the products we are actively interested in, but they are not the only electronics we consider. If you have consumer electronics, audio equipment, video equipment, servers, networking hardware, electronics accessories or other surplus stock, send us the details. If you are unsure whether a particular product is something we buy, include it in your inventory list and let our purchasing team review it.

Why sell your old stock to us?

Old inventory can become expensive when it sits in a warehouse for too long. It takes up storage space, ties up capital and can become harder to sell as newer models enter the market. Selling the inventory in bulk gives you one transaction instead of spending time finding individual buyers for every product. We can review mixed lots and different product categories together, so you do not necessarily need to separate everything before contacting us. One inventory list. One purchasing team. One transaction.

New, unused and overstock inventory is welcome

Our focus is not limited to equipment that has been previously used. We are interested in new old stock, factory-sealed products, unused inventory, open-box stock, discontinued products, overstock and closeout electronics. When you contact us, simply describe the actual condition of the inventory.

How selling your excess electronics works

Send your inventory list

Send us a manifest, spreadsheet, product list or even a basic list of what you have. Include the manufacturer, model or part number, quantity and condition wherever possible. If you do not have a formal spreadsheet, you can start with photographs and a rough count.

We review and price your stock

Our purchasing team reviews the products and quantities and determines what the inventory is currently worth. For larger or mixed lots, having accurate model numbers and quantities helps us evaluate the stock more efficiently. We will come back with pricing and let you know if we need additional information before completing the evaluation.

Accept the offer and arrange pickup

If the offer works for you, we can move forward with the transaction and arrange the next steps for payment and freight. You do not need to spend your time listing every product individually or dealing with multiple buyers. The goal is a straightforward bulk transaction for the inventory you need to move.

What to include in your inventory list

The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to evaluate the inventory.

Where available, include:

For large inventories, a spreadsheet is ideal.

If you only have photographs and a rough count, send those to start the conversation.
